St Patrick’s provides a broad and engaging curriculum, focused on student achievement and instilling a love of learning.
At St Patrick’s Primary we value the contribution of parents as the first teachers of our students and are committed to working together in partnership to ensure the best learning outcomes for our students. Children in Years 3-6 are challenged through Enrichment programs.
Key Learning Areas
We cover all key learning areas (KLAs) of the curriculum described by the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA), as well as Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD):
- Religious Education
- English
- Mathematics
- History
- Geography
- Science and Technology
- Creative Arts
- Personal Development, Health and Physical Education
Religious Education
As a Catholic school we also have a strong religious dimension that runs through all the KLAs and is also formally recognised as the KLA of Religious Education. St Patrick’s students K-6 take part in formal Religious Education every day, based on the new Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese curriculum that is relevant to our students and to the world they live in.
