🌟 Year 4 Reward Day 🌟 What a fantastic day of teamwork, laughter and fun! 🎉 Year 4 students took part in a range of team building activities where they worked together, supported each other and showed amazing cooperation 🤝💙 From fun games to challenges that required problem solving and communication, students had the opportunity to mix with different classmates and build new friendships along the way 🧠🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

🧪✨ Mixing, squishing, rolling and creating! ✨👐 Our Year 1 scientists had a fantastic time making playdough as part of their learning about Matter and Materials. 🌈🔍 Students explored how materials can change and investigated the difference between permanent and non-permanent changes through hands-on experimentation. 🧠💡 There were plenty of curious questions, exciting discoveries and creative creations along the way! 🎉🔬 #Year1Science #MatterAndMaterials #HandsOnLearning #LittleScientists #LearningThroughPlay #ScienceIsFun 🧪🌟

What an action-packed day of fun at the Western Sydney League Stars Gala Day! 🏉🔥🎉 On the field, our students represented St Patrick's with great enthusiasm in both Rugby League and League Tag. We were involved in some excellent games and were especially impressed by the sportsmanship, teamwork and respect shown by all players throughout the day 👏🤝 Our students had an amazing time participating in the many activation activities throughout the day, including spinning the wheel 🎡, testing their passing skills 🏈, doing interviews 🎤 and winning plenty of prizes 🎁. Some students even got to meet Lachie Galvin from the Bulldogs! 🤩 There was lots of excitement, laughter and smiles all around 😄🙌 A big thank you to the teachers who attended and coached our teams: Miss Dann, Mr Maunick, Mr Nassar, Miss Hartsuyker and Mrs Baltasar, for their time, energy and support throughout the day 🙏💙 We would also like to sincerely thank the NRL organisers for generously providing the 4 x free tickets to the Kings Birthday clash on Monday at Accor Stadium for one of our families to enjoy 🎟️🎊🏟️ Well done to all students who participated and represented our school so positively! 💛💙🏆

📐🔷 Year 3 students have been exploring 3D shapes by identifying their faces, edges, and vertices. They investigated shape nets and discovered how 3D objects can be unfolded into 2D patterns and folded back together again. ✏️🌟 Our Kindergarten students have been busy becoming authors! 🌟✏️ This week, our students have been learning how sentences work. Together, we have been constructing simple sentences and practising starting with a capital letter, leaving finger spaces between words, and finishing with a full stop. Students have also been applying the Tricky Words and sounds they have learned to help read and write familiar words within their sentences. We are so proud of the effort and enthusiasm they are showing as they develop their early writing skills! 📝
